Q1: What pump body & diaphragm materials do you offer?

A1: Body: PP, PVDF, aluminum, cast iron, 304/316 stainless steel. Diaphragm: PTFE, NBR, EPDM, Santoprene. PP+PTFE is best for corrosive chemicals.

Q2: What liquids fit PP+PTFE pumps?

A2: Acids, alkalis, electroplating fluid, paint, slurry and most solvents. Not for high-temp strong oxidants.

Q3: How to pick the right model?

A3: Tell us your liquid type, required flow, self-priming height and air pressure, we’ll match the pump.

Q4: Can this pump run dry?

A4: Yes, dry running won’t burn out the pump, unlike centrifugal pumps.

Q5: What’s the max self-priming height?

A8: Yes, no electric leakage risk, ideal for underground tanks and sewage pools.

A9: Simply tweak the air inlet valve for stepless flow & pressure control.

Q10: What if the outlet gets blocked?

A10: Built-in overload protection; it stops automatically and restarts after unclogging.

A11: Simple structure, easy to replace diaphragms and valves without special tools.

Q12: What’s your warranty?

A12: 12-month warranty for the whole pump (excluding wear parts like diaphragms and balls). Low-cost spare parts available after warranty.
