PVDF Diaphragm Pump for Peracetic Acid Transfer

1″ PVDF Air Diaphragm Pump Corrosive Wastewater Transfer Case

This unit is equipped with two DN25 (1-inch) PVDF air-operated diaphragm pumps integrated into a stainless steel cabinet, designed for synchronous transfer of highly corrosive wastewater in chemical and electroplating industries, with independent pipelines for two wastewater streams.

The integral PVDF pump body resists strong acids, alkalis and fluorine-containing wastewater. Fitted with PTFE diaphragms and anti-corrosion valve balls, no metal contacts the fluid to avoid rust contamination. Fully air-driven, spark-free and explosion-proof for hazardous waste workshops.

It features 5m self-priming, dry-run and blocked-flow tolerance, with independent air regulators to adjust flow for each pump. The wide anti-clog flow channel handles wastewater with tiny sludge and salt crystals.

Enclosed stainless steel cabinet ensures tidy piping and centralized control. Unlike stainless steel centrifugal pumps prone to corrosion leakage, PVDF pumps eliminate fluid leakage failures. Modular design enables fast diaphragm replacement and minimal downtime. Widely applied to electroplating wastewater, etching waste liquid and pickling fluid transfer.
